We offer advisory and support services to ensure companies maintain and manage their B-BBEE compliance, scorecard requirements and maintain their required targets.

SCORECARD BREAKDOWN

The B-BBEE Scorecard assesses the level of compliance of your business according to Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio Economic Development. The compliance to the scorecard determines your respective BEE Level.

Ownership (25 points): Measures the effective ownership of Black South Africans.
Management Control (15 points): Measures the effective control of entities and management positions held by Black South Africans.
Skills Development (20 points): Measures the extent to which employers carry out initiatives designed to develop the competencies of Black Employees and Black People internally and externally.
Enterprise and Supplier Development (40 points): Measures the extent to which Entities procure goods and services from Empowering Suppliers with strong B-BBEE recognition levels. It also measures the extent to which Enterprises carry out Supplier Development and Enterprise Development initiatives intended to assist and accelerate the growth and sustainability of Black Enterprises.
Social Economic Development (5 points): Measures the extent to which Entities implement initiatives that contribute towards Socio-Economic Development or Sector Specific initiatives that promote access to the economy for Black people.
